I understand that investing in mentoring is a big decision, it’s a decision I’ve made myself.

If you’re worried about the cost, I want to give you some reassurance. There’s no hidden cost or unexpected bills, what ever your average day rate is, that’s what I charge for a month of mentoring.

That means three days work for three months of mentoring. But what does that actually mean..?

Three 90 minute one to one mentoring sessions
12 weekly check-ins to focus the support on your immediate needs
12 weeks of accountability pushing you towards your goals
A tailored programme created from my freelance skills library
Plus countless texts and voice notes giving you the support and wee confidence boosts exactly when you need it

All for three days paid work 🙂

But what if you don’t earn more??

When you follow a recipe and it doesn’t turn out perfectly first time, do you blame the recipe..?

I give you lessons I know work. They work for me and they work for the freelancers I mentor. I can show you the path, I can share my experience and expertise, but it’s down to you to get results for yourself.

Though, if after three months I’ve not delivered what I promised, I’ll give you your money back. How’s that for a deal?

About Orwell

Orwell McGubbins is a designer and Art Director based in Berlin.

He has spent his career working with NGOs, charities, schools and social businesses, supporting people to develop themselves and make the most of life.

Today he continues this work by helping creative freelancers gain the skills and confidence they need to be great at what they do.
