What you can expect from mentoring
Our work is directed by what you need. It’s your business, you know what you want to achieve and the struggles you have in getting there. So our work focuses on giving you the tools and know-how you need to have the success you want.
I have processes for defining and creating a brand, for setting your pricing structure, upping prices with clients, converting more enquiries and many other things we need as freelancers, and when you need them we use them. I’ll bring my knowledge and experience to help you be successful and I’ll keep you accountable to the goals you’ve set for yourself.
We work in three phases
Phase One: Plan
We’ll review your business, where you’re at now, how you work and the challenges you’re having. Putting your goals and your unique situation to the centre, we’ll plan systems, processes and strategies that work for your life and your business.
Through my own experience, I know you can’t live the life you want without getting your mind right, so we’ll spend time looking at your mindset, how you think of yourself, your work and your money. Together we’ll tackle the limiting beliefs that might be holding you back.
Phase Two: Process
We‘re going to take your ideas and ambitions from phase one, and find the systems and processes that we need to help you execute your plans.
Being a freelancer can take a lot of time, the systems and processes we’ll put in place will give you back some of that time, so you can spend it how you want. It’s about tailoring strategies and ways of doing business that work for you, so you can earn money without spending your whole life working.
Phase Three: Execute
Once we’ve made the plans, you put them into action!
I’ll be there to support you along the way. Accountability and problem solving is only a message or voice note away. You can contact me via Telegram or WhatsApp Monday to Friday and I’ll get back to you with what you need.
We’ll celebrate together through highs, troubleshoot any lows, and continue strategising and developing your plans as we go.

What you can expect from me
I’ve been where you are right now. Knowing I need help and on the cusp of my first mentoring meeting. Excited at the potential, unsure of what might come next and a little apprehensive of the investment I’ve made.
Having been there, I know what you need me to be. You need a mentor. Someone to help you create the business you want. To guide you through the fog of war to avoid the pitfalls and to keep you focused on your goals.
I like the people I work with, it’s a perk of what I do, but you haven’t hired me to be your friend, you’ve hired me to help you create the business you want. That means sometimes I might seem unreasonable, some thing I say might not be what you want to hear but you can trust that I come to our work with empathy and an understanding of where you’re at.
I didn’t get to be where I am by doing everything right, I’ve made mistakes, I’ve learned hard lessons and now I bring them to our work to so you can learn from them too.

What I expect from you
All these plans are nothing without action!
We’re going to make the plans, decide on the strategies, put processes in place and it will take your hard work to execute it all and make a success of it. I will teach you, guide you, advice you but I won’t do it for you!
So to make all that happen, to make the business that gives you the life you want, I need a few things from you.
I need you to…
- Complete what we agree by the deadlines we set
- Make quick decisions
- Test and measure
- Celebrate your wins and praise your team
- Ensure all payments are correct and made on time
- Stick with the programme so we can see long term results
- Communicate immediately if any of these commitments cannot be met
Most importantly, I expect open and honest communication
You’ve hired me to help you do business better. I can only help you when I know where you need help. So I expect you to be honest so we can best get you where you want to go.
I’m not here to tell you off, get you in trouble or make you feel bad. We’re not kids. So if something is up, something’s not right or there’s reasons we need to change our approach, tell me. Then we can adjust for it, work around it or find a way to blast right through it.
I’m here for you and only for you. Treat me like your trusted partner and I’ll be just that.
